WeGLOW Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in WeGLOW’s referral program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. Overview of the Referral Program

  • The Program allows existing WeGLOW members (“Advocates”) to earn rewards by referring new users (“Referees”) to WeGLOW.
  • This launch offer is valid from 30th April- 31st May 2025.

2. Rewards

For Advocates

  • Advocates will receive $10 USD compensation for each successful referral.
  • A referral is considered successful when:
  • The Referee signs up for a WeGLOW free trial using the Advocate’s unique referral link.
  • The Referee successfully completes the sign-up process through the WeGLOW website. Sign-ups made through other app store platforms will not be verified or compensated.
  • There is no limit to the number of successful referrals an Advocate can make during the offer period.

For Referees

  • Referees will receive a 3-day free trial to WeGLOW and
  • 30% off their first purchase of either a monthly or annual WeGLOW subscription after the trial period via the WeGLOW website.

3. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all existing WeGLOW members with an active subscription.
  • Referees must be new users who have never previously signed up for WeGLOW.
  • Referrals cannot be self-referred.

4. How to Participate

  1. Advocates must share their unique referral link provided within the WeGLOW app.
  2. Referees must sign up for the free trial using the Advocate’s referral link to qualify.
  3. Both Advocate and Referee rewards will be issued automatically after the Referee successfully signs up.

5. Compensation for Advocates

  • Advocate rewards will be issued via Tremendous up to 60 days after the referral is deemed successful.
  • Advocates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.

6. Referral Tracking and Validation

  • WeGLOW uses tracking software to associate Referees with Advocates.
  • Referrals not tracked due to technical issues, incorrect links, or other reasons will not be eligible for rewards.
  • The Advocate must ensure that both the Referee and Advocate have tracking and cookies enabled on their devices.

7. Limitations

  • The Program cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise specified.
  • Referrals made after 31st Maya 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC will not qualify for this launch offer.
  • Accounts created via referral after 31st May 2025 at 11:59PM UTC will not qualify for this launch offer, and the referral will not be compensated.

8. Fraud Prevention

  • Any fraudulent activity, such as creating fake accounts or using unauthorized links, will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.
  • We employ automated and manual processes to detect and prevent fraud. Any attempt to circumvent these systems will result in disqualification.

9. Changes to the Program

  • WeGLOW reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of such changes, all eligible referrals made before the change will be honored.

10. Liability

  • WeGLOW is not responsible for failed transactions, technical issues, or delays outside its control.
  • Advocates and Referees agree to participate in the Program at their own risk.
  • The program is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws and regulations.

12. General Terms & Conditions

The WeGLOW Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern participation in the Referral Program launch offer, including referrals and rewards.

Any disputes arising from the program will be handled in accordance with these Terms of Use. Participants must adhere to the WeGLOW Terms of Use, comply with the rules of any social media platform where referral links or invitations are shared, and follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Referral links and invitations are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibiting their use for affiliate marketing, lead generation, or bidding on WeGLOW-related search terms in connection with the referral link or invitation.
