A Journey from Burnout to Balance
Movement has always been part of Krsna’s life, but everything changed when she stopped training for aesthetics and started training for herself. Like many women, she once pushed her body too hard, chasing results that ultimately affected her hormonal health and sense of balance.
Discovering Pilates became a turning point. Through slow, mindful movement and breath-led strengthening, she rebuilt her relationship with her body. She learned to move with intention, connect with her breath, and prioritise how she felt rather than how she looked.
