What's inside the Pregnancy Powered pre-natal workout programme?
This pre-natal fitness program is broken down into three distinct phases – one for each trimester – so that every session is appropriate, purposeful and thoughtfully adapted to where you are right now.
Phase 01 — First Trimester
Laying the foundation. Build strength and confidence as your body begins to change, with adaptable sessions and Stef's personal guidance to ease you in.
Phase 02 — Second Trimester
Your power phase. Training volume is thoughtfully adjusted to make the most of your energy — blending gym strength work, grounding mat Pilates and structured walking to keep you moving and feeling your best.
Phase 03 — Third Trimester
Shorter, home-based sessions designed to keep you moving with comfort and care. Low-impact, nurturing and built entirely around how your body feels in those final weeks.
What should my weekly pre-natal workout routine look like?
Each phase within the pregnancy fitness program will look a little different to suit your energy levels and changing needs, but here's a taster of a typical 5-session week in your pre-natal workout schedule with WEGLOW:
