Start laying down supine. Tuck one knee into the chest and as you sit up let that leg fully extend to meet the other in a straight leg sit up position. As you lay back drive the opposite knee into the chest as you meet the floor and drive up again into that straight leg sit up postion as you rise. Alternate legs/knees.
