Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Extend one arm forward and the opposite leg back, keeping your core engaged. Bring your hand to your knee, lightly tapping it then re extend the arm and leg back to the starting position. Repeat on the same side for the desired reps, then switch sides.
