Stand facing sideways to a cable station, with your left side facing the weight stack. Attach an ankle cuff to your right ankle. Hold the machine for balance if you need to and slowly lift your right leg out to the right side, keeping it fully extended but not locking out the knee. Exhale as you do so. Pause at the top and slowly return your right leg to starting position. Repeat all the required reps on one leg before changing to the other.
