Set up a cable station with a straight bar attached to the bottom of the pulley. Grip the bar with both hands using an overhand grip. Turn your body away from the cable station and take a split stance position. Fully extend your arms until your hands are directly above your head pointing to the ceiling. Keep your elbows close to your head. Slowly lower the bar behind your head by bending your elbows, inhaling as you do so. Keep your upper arms stationary and elbows pointing forwards. Then proceed to reverse the movement, drive your forearms forward until your arms are fully extending, squeezing your triceps and exhaling as you do so. Pause for a count of one. Repeat.
