Stand tall facing a pulley that has been adjusted to head-height. Attach a rope to the pulley and grab hold of each end with an overhand grip. Engage your abs and pull the weight towards your face, exhaling as you do so. Separate your hands as you pull. Pause for a count of one when the rope is just in front of your face. Slowly return to the start position, inhaling as you do so.
