Lie face down on an exercise mat with your legs extended directly behind you. Place a massage ball on the floor, under your left upper chest and place the hand of your left arm at the small of your back, palm facing outwards. Proceed to apply pressure and slowly move the ball around, feeling for any areas of tension in the chest. Repeat for the recommended amount of time on both sides. You can also perform this movement against a wall.
