Lie on your back with your arms extended towards the ceiling and knees bent at 90 degrees. Engage your core and keep your lower back pressed to the floor. Slowly lower one foot, tapping your toe lightly on the ground while keeping the other leg still. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating legs while maintaining core control.
