Stand with your front foot on a low step or platform and your back foot behind you in a split stance. Keep your arms and elbows together in front of you, clasping your hands. Lower into a lunge, dip slightly again (double dip), then explode upward into a jump, switching legs mid-air so the opposite foot lands on the platform. Absorb the landing softly and repeat, keeping your torso upright and core engaged throughout.
