Set up a dual cable station just above shoulder height. Stand in the centre of the two pulleys and the grip each end of the cable firmly with the opposite hand with an overhand grip. Stand with your feet hip width apart with a straight back and your core braced. Extend each arm directly out in front of you, level with your shoulders. Ensure you are far enough away from the cable to keep tension on it throughout the movement. Keeping your arms straight (but not locking out your elbows) proceed to pull the cables away from you, until both of your hands are parallel to your shoulders, exhaling as you do so. Pause for a count of one and return to the start position, inhaling as you do so. Repeat.
