Carry two dumbbells by your sides, hinge at the waist and drop into a deadlift, at the bottom of the deadlift stabilise your core and back to support a double arm row, bring the elbows into the hip pockets squeezing the shoulder blades together. Let the dumbbells return to deadlift position and then stand and squeeze into a standing position.
