Lie with your back flat on an exercise mat, your legs extended and your arms extended overhead gripping an exercise ball firmly in both hands. Focusing the tension in your core bring your legs up to meet the ball and grip around your ankles. Keeping your core engaged, lower your legs back to the mat and extend arms overhead.
