Lie on your right side on an exercise mat with your right leg and arm both fully extended and a foam roller placed perpendicular to your body just below your armpit. Bend your left knee and place your left foot resting flat on mat directly in front of you right knee. Your right hand should be resting just in front of you. This is your start position. Focusing on your lats, gently roll back and forth on the foam roller, feeling for any particular areas of tension and using your left leg to help you roll back and forth. Repeat for the recommended amount of time before changing to the other side.
