Come to kneeling position on an exercise mat, sitting on your heels with your knees wide. This is your start position. Lean your upper body all the way back using your arms for support until you feel a deep stretch along the tops of your thighs. The aim is to lay with your back flat on the floor. Hold for the recommended amount of time.
