Start in a kneeling plank position with your hands under shoulders and core engaged. Light one hand and tap the opposite shoulder while keeping your hips stable. Return your hand to the floor and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating sides in a controlled motion. Keep your body steady and minimise hip movement.
