Stand with your feet hip width apart, a soft bend in your knees. Moving quickly, push through the balls of feet and take a quick lateral step to the side, on the third step, stretch your arm down and tap the floor by your outside leg. Reverse the movement, and take three lateral steps to the other side, stretching your arm down again to touch the floor by the other leg. Repeat this sequence for the required amount of time.
