Set up a cable station with a handle attached to the top pulley. Sit on the seat facing the station. Keep your feet flat and planted firmly on the floor. Using a neutral grip, grip the handle firmly with one hand whilst the other rests in your lap. Lean back slightly being sure not to over-arch your back and keeping a proud chest. Focusing the tension in your lats, pull your elbow down towards your torso, pulling the bar towards the top of your chest. Exhale as you do so. At the bottom of the movement pause for a count of one. Return to the start position with control, inhaling as you do so. Repeat all the required reps on one arm before changing to the other.
