Stand facing a wall and place your hands against the wall with your arms extended. Step your left foot forward, and place the ball of your foot against the wall, with your heel on the floor. Gently shift your hips forward towards the wall, pushing against the wall. You should feel a deep stretch in your left calf. Hold for the recommended amount of time, then repeat on the other side.
