Set up a dual cable station with each pulley at chest height with a handle attached. Stand in the centre of the two pulleys, facing away from the cable station and grip each handle firmly with each hand with an underhand grip. Stand with your feet hip width apart with a straight back and your core braced. Extend each arm directly out to your sides, level with your shoulders. Ensure you are far enough away from the cable to keep tension on it throughout the movement. Keeping your arms straight (but not locking out your elbows) drive your hands forward and together until they meet directly in front of you, still at shoulder height. Exhale as you do so. Pause for a count of one and squeeze your chest before returning to the start position, inhaling as you do so. Repeat.
