Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend your knees and lower into a crouch position as if performing a squat. This is your start position. In one explosive movement, push through your feet and jump up as high as you can. As soon as your feet leave the ground open your legs out to the sides. At the same time, drive your arms out and up in a smooth arc above your head. Make a soft landing by bending your knees as your feet touch down, bringing your legs back together and your arms down simultaneously. Proceed to lower into a squat position. You should land on both feet at the same time and brace your core. Repeat.
