Begin in a strong high plank – hands under shoulders, legs straight, core engaged, and body in a straight line. Walk your hands out as far as you can without dropping your hips. Keep your arms straight, hips steady, core and glutes engaged to stay stable. Hold this position for time, then slowly drop to knees and walk hands back to high plank position to reset.
