Come into an all fours position on an exercise mat with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Place a massage ball on the floor in front of you and place your left palm directly over it. Proceed to apply pressure and slowly move the ball around, feeling for any areas of tension in the palm, fingers or carpal tunnel. Repeat for the recommended amount of time on both palms.
